Upon completion of a minimum of 4 director rotations the participant’s progress and leadership growth will be measured by the following desired outcomes. In addition, during the work experience there are conversations, meetings and evaluations that keep the participant informed of his or her progress.  This criteria will help the Operator and the Director of Leadership Development if the participant is in a position to seek either Chick-fil-A or other professional opportunities.

  •   Generated a personal portfolio of systems and processes he or she created and sustained, that represent his or her entrepreneurial leadership and initiative. That portfolio can go with them to their next opportunity with Chick-fil-A and or beyond.
