Chick-fil-A of Waxahachie is dedicated to the purpose of developing leaders and to facilitating opportunities for individuals who are pursuing a career as a Chick-fil-A Operator, Chick-fil-A Support Center Staff Person, or who want to take the lessons, values and skills that are foundational to the Chick-fil-A Brand and apply them to their own ministry or business. Through an approximately 2-3 year program participants will grow personally and professionally.  As a participant you will begin the process as an entry level team member and steadily progress through the leadership structure to the level of Director. You will be under the guidance of 18 year veteran owner/operator Philip Browne as well as the existing team of Directors at CFAWAX as we refer to ourselves. Philip has operated two Chick-fil-A locations in his career and has been at his Waxahachie location since opening in 2004 and achieved numerous awards along the way. He has been an operator coach for Chick-fil-A and has developed numerous leaders including two individuals who are now successful Chick-fil-A operators in Texas. His desire is to produce many, many more operators, staff members and leaders before his time is concluded at Chick-fil-A. That requires not just great, but REMARKABLE people.
